2026 IEI Conference Refund Policy All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by the registrant or credit card holder by the stated deadline. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
A 100% refund will be granted for conference workshops and sessions if the request is received on or before March 5, 2026.
A 50% refund will be granted for conference workshops if the request is received after March 5, 2026, and before March 12, 2026.
IEI reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the workshop non-viable. If IEI cancels a workshop, registrants will be granted a 100% refund. In the event IEI must cancel the conference session day due to unforeseen circumstances that would make the conference session day non-viable, registrants will be granted a 100% refund.
